The newbies were still learning their powers and when it came down to it, there were still things Jack didn't know about his own. As such, he asked Phil if he could think of any way to give them space to work on their powers.
The end result, slapped together over the course of twenty four hours...
"Wooooow."
...was actually pretty magnificent. A massive space deeper into the foundations of the Pole was where they'd decide to place it, in a massive room even bigger than a football field. Strange mechanical creations, fireproof, and very sturdily made had been built to act as practice dummies.
They were probably powered by some kind of magic, Jack assumed. Phil said there would always be yetis on standby to replace them and other damaged equipment. The walls were apparently enchanted in some way to fold in and out in all different shapes and arrangements to create different obstacles and surfaces to practice acrobatics on.
"Rurglerarble aga baga?"
"'Is it good enough?' Phil, this is great! Even the ones that don't want to fight'll probably need some space to work out how to control their powers. This is nice and flexible."
He didn't want it to seem war oriented, for those that might just want to train to avoid accidentally blowing things up. This was more like a playground, brightly colored and full of fun toys to jump around on.
All the hustle and bustle from the upper levels leading down here was likely to attract the attention of the Pole's recent guests.
