"Nothing bruised but my pride." Ruffnut grumbled looking up and seeing the hand and the fireball. She sat up adjusting her crooked helmet and then her eyes lit up.

"Oh hey! You can see me! That means I found the right person!" She punched a fist in the air "YEAH! Ruffnut One! Shadow Monsters Zero!"

In the flickering firelight she appeared to be a girl, a teenager with lanky spidery limbs that hadn't quite grown to match her body yet. A wild mane of blond hair was barely held together in braids with a sort of oily sheen to it. She smelled of fish and peppermint which was a strange combination to say the least and her clothes were a mix of modern fabrics like the long sleeved shirt she wore and more traditional things like the leather vest or her thick hide boots.
